Two operators building the infrastructure small businesses actually need

Here's AdSolve in one sentence: Matthew handles marketing, Adam handles the tech, and together we build the websites and systems small and local businesses need to grow. We launched in January 2026 — but we've been operating and building inside businesses for years.

Our story

How AdSolve started

Matthew and Adam met working at the same company, where they were constantly tasked with finding new tools, adopting new technology, and getting more done with fewer resources. In doing so they kept noticing the same thing: most small and medium businesses either don't have the time or the resources to take advantage of the same technologies larger companies use to grow.

AdSolve was built to close that gap — not as a consulting firm or a traditional agency, but as an infrastructure provider. The idea was straightforward: build the systems smaller businesses need and keep them running, without you having to become your own IT department.

AdSolve launched in January 2026. The premise is the same as it was on day one: fixed scope, clear timelines, no managing us. We build the systems, you run your business.

The team

Meet the founders

MB

Matthew Blackwell

Co-Founder & Marketing Strategist

Matthew handles the marketing side. He holds a BA in History with a strong foundation in computer science, and has spent the last three years working in professional digital marketing — as a brand strategist for a multi-unit business operating both B2B and B2C companies.

Inside that role he runs Google Ads performance max and search campaigns driving in-store traffic, and on the side has worked with several local B2B businesses outside his primary employer. The throughline of his work is structural: figuring out which channels actually move the needle for a small business, and which are a waste of money.

At AdSolve he owns the marketing and strategy side (positioning, messaging, and the campaigns that bring a business customers) and makes sure it connects to the systems Adam builds instead of running as a separate track.

Credential

Three years of professional digital marketing experience, including Google Ads performance max and search campaigns for a multi-unit B2B/B2C business — plus independent work with local B2B companies.

Adam Victoria

Co-Founder & Lead Developer

Adam is the builder half of AdSolve. He's been writing software since age 16 (starting with game server development for GTA V roleplay communities) and has spent the years since building production systems for businesses. He worked as an EMT while simultaneously helping an ambulance and medical transport company modernize their tech stack and build internal operational tools.

He also operated his own restaurant business for roughly two years, which gave him direct experience as a business owner — not just a developer building for one. At the company where he and Matthew met, he built full internal software systems from scratch, including RePack Pro, a Bubble-built inventory and repack management tool used to track and manage bulk product repack operations. He's currently completing a custom software project for a water purification company in Cleveland, Ohio under AdSolve.

Credential

Self-taught engineer with ten years of building production software for small businesses (internal ERP-style tools, custom inventory systems, and operational software), plus hands-on operating experience as a restaurant owner.

How we think

What we believe

Operators First

We've operated and built inside businesses, not just alongside them. Adam ran his own restaurant. Matthew has worked inside a multi-unit business at the strategy level. That changes our approach — because we know what it actually costs a small business when a system breaks or a lead gets dropped.

Honest Over Comfortable

We'll tell a business what it needs to hear, not what it wants to hear. If you don't need something, we'll tell you. If something can wait, we'll say so. We'd rather lose the upsell than waste your money and lose you as a partner for good.

Integration, Not Silos

Marketing and tech aren't separate problems — they're the same problem. We work as one team because growth depends on both sides talking to each other.

Let's talk.
