Privacy Policy

Last updated July 8, 2026

This policy explains what information AdSolve collects through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@adsolve.com.

At a glance

  • We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus standard website analytics.
  • We use it to reply to you, schedule your call, and follow up about working together.
  • We never sell or rent your personal information — to anyone, ever.
  • We share it only with the service providers that run our website and tools.
  • You can access, correct, or delete your information any time by emailing contact@adsolve.com.

Who we are

AdSolve is a digital services company based in Pennsylvania, serving local businesses across the United States. This is our marketing website, and this policy covers only the information we collect through it — when you submit our contact form, book a call with our booking widget, or browse the site. It doesn’t cover anything else. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “AdSolve,” that’s who we mean.

Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

Information you give us

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the type of business you run, and your message. You can also add your phone number, but that’s optional. When you hit send, your submission is stored securely in Google’s services (Google Sheets) so we can follow up. When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, and company, plus an optional message, and we record the date and time you choose.

Information we create when you book

When you book a call, we use the Google Calendar API to create a calendar event and a Google Meet video link, and we send a calendar invitation to the email address you provided.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (from their IP address), and the device and browser they use. This is a standard GA4 setup. We don’t use enhanced e-commerce tracking, advertising features, or cross-site tracking.

In the categories that privacy laws use, the personal information we collect falls into three groups: identifiers (such as your name, email address, and phone number); commercial or professional information (such as your business type or company); and internet activity (such as how you interact with our site). We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • reply to your message and answer your questions;
  • schedule, confirm, and run the discovery call you booked;
  • follow up about working together, including preparing a scope or quote;
  • keep a record of your inquiry so we can respond and follow up; and
  • measure and improve how our website performs.

We don’t run email marketing lists, so we won’t add you to one or send you marketing blasts.

How we share your information

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website and tools, and only so they can do their job for us:

  • Google — Sheets to store your contact form submission, Calendar and Meet to set up your booking, and Analytics to measure site usage.
  • Vercel — hosts our website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid legal request — or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AdSolve, our clients, or others. If AdSolve is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal, and we’ll make sure it stays protected by terms at least as strong as these.

Cookies and analytics

The only cookies on our site are the ones Google Analytics 4 sets by default to measure traffic. We don’t use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or any other third-party trackers. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, your submissions are stored in access-controlled accounts, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmitting or storing data is ever completely secure, but we work hard to protect yours.

Data breach notification

If a security incident ever affects your personal information, we will investigate promptly and notify you and the appropriate authorities without unreasonable delay, as required by applicable law. Our notice will describe what happened, the information involved, and the steps we’re taking in response.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to reply to you and follow up about your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward so we have a record of the conversation and can answer follow-up questions. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Google Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your privacy rights

No matter where you live, you can always ask us to:

  • show you what information we hold about you;
  • correct it if it’s wrong;
  • delete it; or
  • send you a copy.

Just email contact@adsolve.com and we’ll take care of it.

State privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and a growing list of others — you may have additional rights over your personal information. These generally include the right to know what we collect and how we use it, access a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, delete it, receive it in a portable format, and opt out of the “sale” of your information, “targeted advertising,” and certain automated profiling.

Because we never sell or share your personal information, never use it for targeted advertising, and never use it for that kind of profiling, there’s nothing for you to opt out of — but every other right above still applies, and you’re welcome to exercise it.

How to exercise your rights: email contact@adsolve.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before we act, to protect your information, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We’ll respond within the time your state’s law requires (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, we’ll explain why, and you can appeal by replying to our response. We will never deny you service, charge you more, or treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents may also ask once a year for the categories of personal information we’ve shared with third parties for their own marketing. Our answer is simple: we don’t share information for that purpose.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for business owners, not children, and isn’t directed at anyone under 13 — or under 16 where state law sets a higher age. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email contact@adsolve.com and we’ll delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites we don’t operate. This policy covers only AdSolve — once you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies, so it’s worth reading.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
